As for the legitimacy of the documents, the LE Parody has downloaded that from the Croatian governmental tax authority that was filed with. They forwarded it to me. You’ll have to ask them for the link, and it’s been posted here before so unless LEP made up the entire thing in Croatian, forged Dijana’s signature and the company stamp, I have no reason to question that as false.

As for the English document, full disclosure: I do not speak nor can I read Croatian. I translated that into English from the original Croatian so people don’t have to spend all day trying to read it. I have a programme which took the text out of the pdf and translated it. I then went back over it and some things didn’t translate properly as the Croatian alphabet has letters which are variations on the standard Latin one. I fed those words into google translate until I got something that made sense. Some terms I had to google. Since the only Croatian speakers I “know” are Tibor and Dijana, they are more than welcome to argue with google translate as to what the original Croatian term really means. From what I saw, Croatian has a lot of Latin loan words and I easily read words like “financijski”.

Really? Surely he has no meltdowns left …..

We’re on Season 2, Episode 3… we’re about to find out if he was lying about not being able to afford Tibor at 416 patrons. The resolution for yesterday’s cliffhanger will be in the next episode.

When I get some time over the weekend I will put on my accountant hat (green eyeshade? ) and take a look at those financials.

Hey I have a question, for you or anyone who has enough of a background to answer this. I had opined that the litigation expenses might have been under the “other” category for expenses. But the case is listed as James Lloyd Evans vs. The M7. To use company funds and claim “defamation” hurt the company, wouldn’t it have to be Ipsilon Media vs. The M7?

To sue as an individual, he can’t sue on behalf of the company and their claimed losses, right? He’d have to sue regarding his own wages that he set himself and claim he should have gotten more. But the wages actually ticked slightly upwards from 2021.

€109K in expenses for a YT channel? Seems a bit cooked. €82K in straight up revenue is a solid earning for him in Croatia and even split three ways after taxes it is well over the average salary there.

After all, this kind of legal quackery would be nothing new for him. He felt copyrights were only violated if they were being enforced, he could sign his name as “John Cedars” on AAWA incorporation documents and rang JWFT’s mum to inquire if she’d hand over the title to her home to him.

I have seen some situations where exjw’s have called lloyd names, harshly criticized him, made fun of him etc.

When I heard you were coming forward, a rush of emotions came across me so much I had to sit down and contemplate what was about to happen. I didn’t know you but I knew Lloyd. I knew he’d unleash hell on you, not so much directly but by proxy. Twitter and Reddit were his backyard and they were ready. I can even name at least two whose first impulse was jumping up and defending him that ended up on his litigation list.

February 2022 was brutal. I did the only thing I could do and so I ran interference with these goons who were attacking not only you, but CSA survivors like Sarah Davies who were actually being attacked for daring to direct attention to the facts of the matter. I consider that the saddest time ever to have been an exJW seeing how these vulnerable people were being attacked with his tacit approval.

You held the line. We held the line. It was finally working. You likely did the same as everyone else did and that was to check his Patrons. Down to 800.. wow. 750.. 700. Happened in a matter of weeks. I remember seeing the 1 March 2022 numbers and thinking the clock was finally ticking on Lloyd Evans. It was literally the only way to measure which way the wind was blowing.

I’ll never forget what you did. The way you composed yourself in the face of a non-stop barrage of insults, threats and negativity. You had better believe he was orchestrating it in a bid to get you to stop talking and disappear.

I DO NOT like to draw comparisons between peoples behaviour and the borg however in this instance it’s appropriate.

I understand the JW analogy but I think it’s a little bit off. JWs and their GB don’t follow you and harass once you’re gone. Lloyd is David Miscavige and his Cedarites are Scientology. Like Miscavige, Lloyd enjoys his luxury and if he had the means I can see him living on a cruise ship with homes in just about every port. He’s ruthless and hell-bent on revenge and frivolous lawsuits. His followers will hound you all over the internet. At least, they did. You’ll get a stray Cedarite here and there but it is fleeting and they won’t stay long to argue.

I think Lloyd knows the clock is ticking on him. We now know for a fact that his plea for money was conjured up, but why did he do it other than the quick rush of satisfaction when he got the $1000 and the 20 patrons? It was a last ditch effort to save Tibor. It’s getting to the point where this business of his can only support him, Dijana and the girls at separate residences, but Tibor and Ramacro are becoming costs he’s not used to taking this close to the chest. They’ll probably be gone at 380 patrons, and will definitely be gone if he gets to 350.

One of my favourite movies is Der Untergang, the German movie about the last days of Hitler. Just a sad shell of a man who’s been defeated, blaming everyone else but himself. Everyone failed or betrayed him. Up to the very end he’s issuing orders to retake the oil fields in Romania and his generals just look at him and nod, their troops being nowhere near or ready for such an operation. A lot like the request for 620 patrons. He commands phantom armies and thinks Steiner is going to defeat the Red Army with SS recruits. Lloyd reminds me of that. If he didn’t have the history of bullying and being such a merciless c$nt then it would be an absolutely sad sight to see.

I must confess though that I am enjoying every minute of “The Downfall”. We still have a few more meltdowns to experience, but if we are going by the timeline of that movie, we’re at the part where Hitler is incensed that no one told him that the Soviets were only 3 kilometers from the Chancellery.

COMPANY ASSETS

Total assets held by Ipsilon Media at the end of 2022 was 117,786 HRK (€15,633) which is down 329,746 HRK (€43,765) from 2021’s total of 447,529 HRK (€59,398). These assets are further broken down:

21,351 HRK (€2,833) in equipment

2,703 HRK (€358) in loans/deposits

31,770 HRK (€4,216) in receivables from the state or other institutions

61,962 HRK (€8,224) in “Money in the Bank and the Cash Register”

*** Ipsilon listed 375542 HRK (€49,839) in the bank at the end of 2021

Let’s repeat that for those in the back. LLOYD EVANS AND IPSILON MEDIA REPORTED TO THE CROATIAN TAX AUTHORITIES THEY HELD €8,224 IN THEIR BANK ACCOUNT AT THE END OF 2022.

Remember how Lloyd said just weeks later on his video he couldn’t pay salaries and was going to be €700 in the red? HE IS LYING. He had the money, way more than what he said he needed.

So Lloyd inflated his expenses for the year and bumped salaries up slightly despite the huge loss in revenue. He gets to claim his business as a loss and he somehow blew €41,615 when considering the difference in what was in his account at the end of 2021 to what he had in 2022. This is on top of his wages received and paid out.

For those who continue to insist that Dijana was/is not involved in this grift, take a look at who signed this tax document filed under the penalty of law if falsified. Lloyd didn’t sign.

Now look at the date she signed. 26 January 2023. That’s right, two days after Lloyd tweeted that he’s struggling.

Think it might have been Dijana who notified him of the losses? She filed this two days later, and according to her notarized document, they had over €8K in the bank at Ipsilon.

Thanks LEP for downloading the 2022 report for Ipsilon Media. Several key items to note. It’s all in HRK (Croatian Kuna) which will be easier to read next year when it will be in Euro. I’ll include the EUR amount in parentheses.

Ipsilon total revenue for 2022 – 618,790 HRK (€82,123)

Revenue for 2021 was 1,138,439 HRK (€151,088). This represents a drop of €68,965 in revenue from last year.

Here’s where it gets strange – 2022 expenses are more than 2021, despite the fact that Lloyd took the first two months off of 2022.

823,332 HRK (€109,274) total expenses for 2022. The 2021 total was 737,524 HRK (€97,885), which represents an increase of €11,389 from 2021 in expenses.

Now look what how it gets broken down into categories:

Material – 90,167 HRK (€11,966)

Personnel – 603,281 HRK (€80,064)

Amortization – 46,181 HRK (€6,128)

Other costs – 65,730 HRK (€8.723) Litigation fees?

Fortunately personnel is broken down further:

Net Salaries and wages – 378,007 HRK (€50,178)

Cost of taxes and contributions from salary – 157,670 HRK (€20,929)

Contribution to salaries – 67,604 HRK (€8,974)

Materials is as well:

Costs of raw materials and materials – 7,640 HRK (€1,014)

Other external costs – 100,500 HRK (€13,343) Litigation???

With revenue being €82,123 and expenses being €109,274, so he’s claiming a deficit of €27,151, or as he lists it on the documents – negative 207,656 HRK. 2021 was a surplus of 388,029 HRK (€52,498). (Sorry, getting convention accounts report vibes here). So – if you have a deficit of €27,151, you’ll need to reduce your expenses. In other words, Lloyd took in €82,123 last year, but actually needs €109,274 per his accounting to break even. This is for what was effectively a YouTube channel last year. Due to this accounting trick, Ipsilon Media has a tax burden of 0. Salaries were actually bumped up from 329,474 HRK (€43,726) to 378,007 HRK (€50,178), and over €11K in total expenses!

I’m only saying this because I think it would be such a shame if someone came across this website in the emotional distress situation they would find themselves whilst newly waking up and start reading through 800 pages of negativity on Lloyd Evans, however, deserved an accurate it is,

Newbies are highly vulnerable and Lloyd's channel exploits these vulnerabilities by making them think there's this new club outside the JWs, and it would be best if you paid him so he can bring others out. There are some videos over the years he has made that are of questionable judgment or downright malice.

Did you hear Marc Latham's account of how a vulnerable exJW was teased and bullied by Evans and his crew for believing in God? He tried to commit suicide. Read about it here:

Louise Goode worked with him on JWPodcast and an exJW comedian was snorting coke during the interview. Lloyd thought it was funny and laughed. He couldn't get enough of it. Do you really think Lloyd advising people it's OK to use cocaine is a good thing for exiting JWs to hear?

In his Nihilism video, Lloyd talks about his own depression and expressed support for euthanasia due to mental health issues. Would you want a depressed exJW who just can't get over losing their life and family go to that video and hearing Lloyd's opinion that it was OK just to end it all?

Per his Andrew Gold interview, it's OK to go to Thailand and have sex with sex workers as long as you are dating one. You see, he paid for dinner and the sex just seemed to come afterwards! He loves that place! Highly recommended!

Lloyd Evans needs a warning label. We are the warning label.

He's long ago reached the point of where his usefulness is outweighed by the negativity of it all. Watch that leaked Patron video and see how he manipulates people for money. To borrow his phrasing, Lioyd is an unworthy custodian of exJW content. He's a known liar and abuser. He deleted a comment made to JW Thoughts and then lied through his teeth about it.

Excellent point. Some of the best, and I mean BEST exJW videos were done on a phone or to slides. JW Fairy Tales had the absolute STONES to call Bethel several times and argue with them about the Happy At Bethel video. No Tibor, no Dijana, and no Gimbal or patreon money required. All unscripted, he just started engaging with them.

In a rare act of candour, Lloyd actually admitted what we knew all along - He is a business, not a charity. He even identified Ipsilon Media as synonymous with "The Lloyd Evans Channel", or more specifically Lloyd and Dijana Evans, and Tibor Cecelja. He even goes so far as to tell donors they are indeed donating to a business, not a non-profit. And like a business, he reiterates that everyone must be paid.

'Thanks, everyone! For a while there, I thought I might have to dip into my savings!'

Lloyd is essentially a small business owner with two employees. I've known a few entrepreneurial types and it's the same case with most. If there is a part that they needed or someone needs to be paid and company funds can't cover it - it's simple. The owner dips into his own funds and loans the company money. It is paid back when the expected profit is made. Or if it is as simple as an equipment purchase and he doesn't want to go through the hassle documenting the loan properly, he can just buy the equipment personally and either just let "Ipsilon Media" use it for free or even have "them" lease it from him.

Lloyd refuses to do that. The Ronin DGI Gimble costs round $300. Not exactly cheap but it's not going to bankrupt anyone if they purchase it. Buying it himself doesn't add to the company profits. So, he wants his donors to buy it for him so as to not dip into his own wallet and enrich himself.

This story has been told time and time again about young entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs and Elon Musk who would sleep at the office or on friend's couches and eat bag lunches in order to save money. Not Lloyd. He's always been a 5-star activist. I would have refused to let Patrick Haeck's son and his girlfriend vacate their room for me. He had no problem with it and seemed to almost expect it. It's like, "I'm the star, Lloyd Evans, so if you want me here you had better make it comfortable enough for me".

Finally, the sheer grandiosity of Lloyd's statement about his legacy and making sure "generations" of people benefit! Who does he think he is, L. Ron Hubbard? It's like he envisions himself retiring to his island and handing over his channel to a chosen successor who will keep it going. It's very Hubbardesque.
